Donald Trump — man of courage
During his speech at the National Prayer Breakfast, President Donald Trump once again showed America how we must stand our ground and push back against the evil and corrupt. He refused to be intimidated and cowed into silence. He shows us how we must fight for truth, justice, and righteousness. Trump has a spine of titanium. He has guts. This man confirms that he is worthy to lead America.
Following his memorable and inspiring State of the Union address and his full acquittal in the unjustified impeachment farce perpetrated by the corrupt Democrats, President Trump sent a stern warning to all those who maliciously and viciously tried to destroy him, invalidate our votes, and hurt our nation. With his archenemy Nancy (Cruella) Pelosi sitting just a few feet away from him, Trump sent a powerful message to America.
As everybody knows, my family, our great country, and your president have been put through a terrible ordeal by some very dishonest and corrupt people. They have done everything possible to destroy us and by so doing, very badly hurt our nation. They know what they are doing is wrong, but they put themselves far ahead of our great country.
Weeks ago, and again yesterday, courageous Republican politicians and leaders had the wisdom, fortitude and strength to do what everyone knows was right.
I don't like people who use their faith as justification for doing what they know is wrong. Nor do I like people who say 'I pray for you' when they know that that's not so. So many people have been hurt and we can't let that go on.
This is how men fight. This is how honorable leaders fight. He fights for us, the people.
If you still think this is just about politics, you haven't been paying attention. This is a war for the heart and soul of America. This is a war against the forces of darkness who are raging against truth, liberty, innocence (especially the unborn), and righteousness. "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12).
This is ultimately a war to prevent the light of freedom, truth, and justice from being extinguished across this blessed land. As C.S. Lewis reminds us, "[t]here is no neutral ground in the universe. Every square inch, every split second is claimed by God, and counterclaimed by Satan." Today, a warrior in the White House is fighting and pushing back against the forces of darkness and corruption, and inspiring and emboldening others to do the same.
We've been waiting since Ronald Reagan for another man of courage and conviction to lead America and fight for the people. We finally have a worthy warrior in the White House.
