Keep America Great: No more Comeys

The Democrat approach to winning political office is to whine and complain about how awful life is in America.  That's getting ever harder to argue when everybody knows that American "poverty" anywhere else is middle-class and feeling good about it.  It's also hard to sustain an argument that America discriminates and keeps anybody nonwhite from getting ahead, especially blacks, in light of Obama.  What, after all, is "getting ahead" if not rising to be president?

Then there's the inexplicable fact that, despite all the unfairness and discrimination at large in America, people from elsewhere still aspire to come here rather than stay in their own home countries, where, presumably, everything is wonderful, everyone gets treated fairly all the time, love is everywhere, and everyone agrees that America is awful.  Yet they just keep lining up in their thousands to immigrate to our awful shores.

Democrats assure us that Donald Trump is a racist fascist or a fascist racist.  If that's true, we have to wonder whatever went wrong with the fascists of yesteryear, the ones who took the world to war and committed genocide against Slavs and Jews and all those other white people.  Either fascism doesn't mean what it used to and racism wasn't really about race or somebody back then was sorely misunderstood and in serious need of counseling.

In any case, we've about run out of metaphors, similes, synecdoches, allegories, parables, descriptors, and other ways to talk about today's Left.  We've spoken in terms of LSD, ignorance, arrogance, and alternate universes.  We've discussed their defense of public defecation, fornication, and urination.  They are the "ation" party, in favor of doing it in public if it involves genitalia.  After telling the government to get out of their bedrooms, they brought those bedrooms (and bathrooms) into the public eye and literally onto the public streets and sidewalks.

Some sage about 30 years ago said something to the effect of, since when did we allow neurotics and weirdos to decide public policy?  He had it right.  But the neurotics and weirdos are for show.  The important stuff goes on off stage, behind the scenes, where Big Jim Comey and Rod Rosenstein and Andy McCabe and Pete Strzok shoot us out of the saddle when we get too big for our britches.

They no doubt took a page from Augusto Pinochet's playbook.  He was the Chilean general who in 1973 kicked out Salvador Allende and proclaimed the military the guarantor of the Constitution.  Oddly, Pinochet was "on the Right," whereas his ideological descendants today are "on the Left."  Funny how that works.

We've got to get things right before Trump leaves office in 2025.  His strength, his vitality, his message, his patriotism and respect for the Constitution, his love for America as founded — we can't invest all our hopes in this one man.  The elections next year can make or break his work; we have to ensure he gets supportive Congresscrats to work with.

And we have to get rid of the FBI.  The bumper sticker can read: "KAG: No More Comeys!"
