Complaints emanate from Democrats about rigged, unfair Senate impeachment procedures. That doesn’t make much sense because the House Democrats rigged the whole thing on their side and it takes more chutzpah than most folks can muster to whinge about somebody else doing what they just did.

The Pubs don't have to rig anything. Simply operating by normal rules, they can find Trump not guilty and throw the whole thing out. But the Democrats did rig their half of this by not even letting Pubs ask questions, running it in the basement, leaking to the press and stretching “high crimes and misdemeanors” to mean anything they want it to mean. That's not how it's supposed to work, and they know it. They just don't care about doing the right thing.

Besides, it’s no secret that Dem hatred for Trump is the real issue here. It so sears their innards that they'll tell any lie or fabricate any evidence to dirty him up for 2020.

America’s fed up with this game. It never was any fun and the longer it continues the more gigantic Trump’s 2020 victory becomes. One gets the impression that Democrats don’t drop it because they don’t know what to do next and are stalling for time until a great idea just drops out of the sky on them.

Here’s the secret, Democrats: Do things that Americans really do want done, such as cut taxes and strip away thousands of regulations, especially the regulations that were never necessary in the first place. Do the jobs you were sent to Washington to do, rather than chasing around after young hotties and engaging in crime. Quit sucking up to resentful college kids and bitter old George Soros. Clean up your vile language. Do something honest and be somebody honorable for a change.

Nobody’s seen an honest Democrat since about Daniel Patrick Moynihan’s time.
