It’s too early to say for sure what is going on inside the Trump Family Campaign Show, but Bill Kristol's Twitter feed is speculating as to the identity of the unnamed sources in this NYT article, Inside the Failing Mission to Save Donald Trump From Himself. 

Manafort?  Christie?  Kushner? 

Two of the consultants who are named in the article are Manafort's friends according to Kristol. As I've noted many times, the consultancy class never wants to take any blame for being involved in a disaster. 

It also looks like Rudy Guiliani and Mike Huckabee may have become the designated hand holders who accompany Trump on his campaign appearances. Why not?  Unlike his children, they probably have fewer demands on their time.
