John Kerry expands his repertoire for looking ridiculous

Does John Kerry have a degenerative brain disease?  What is going on with him?  Two days in a row he has beclowned himself, first with verbal incoherence on TV on Sunday, and yesterday pulling a routine from The Three Stooges.
