Ginsburg vs. Trump?
I feel compelled to point out something that seems obvious to me but that no one else seems to be talking about. Regardless of what you think about Donald Trump or Ruth Bader Ginsburg, she surely displayed poor judgment in her comments about Trump. Now, I ask you: "What could be worse in a Supreme Court justice than having your judgment open to question?"
Given that her loss of judgment is not likely something that happened in the last day or two, it would seem that any Supreme Court decision during the past few years in which her vote was a deciding factor should be viewed with suspicion. A possible counter to this argument is that since she votes a straight liberal line on any issue, little judgment is required on her part. To me, at least, this makes it even worse.
