Feminism's dirty secret
Sometimes I'm embarrassed and often I'm angry at the public statements of those who claim to speak for me, my gender. For instance, Josephina Victoria Occhiuto, now known as Joy Behar, one of the hosts of The View, ABC's daytime talk show that people love to hate, is a noted offender, making me think she, and some of the other ladies, utters these outrageous remarks just as a desperate ratings attempt, for all of them know that few would watch it otherwise. I don't, but their hollow remarks often make it into the media.
Last week, the far-out liberal Behar spewed her twisted logic as to why she'd still vote for noted women's groper and rapist, former president William Jefferson Clinton (D). Okay, are you ready for it? She'd vote for him because he's for women's rights. And so was the late senator Teddy "Chappaquiddick" Kennedy (D-Mass.).
Republicans have voted against the Violence Against Women Act. That to me is more important than anything Bill Clinton did or didn’t do. Because it’s what she’s going to vote for, how she’s going to lead the country that matters more than that.
Chappaquiddick. Ted Kennedy abandoned a girl, and she drowned, and women still voted for him. Why? Because he voted for women’s rights. That’s the bottom line, in my opinion.
Okay, so Clinton is a dog, he rapes women, he denies he rapes women, he demeans and victimizes women he rapes, but he still "votes in my favor." Huh? Whose favor again? Actions don't count; their activities were merely rape-rape and drown-drown, to paraphrase another twisted The View host, Whoopi Goldberg, not real rape, real drowning with demeaned, ruined women and haunted women respectively? And Clinton’s supportive wife was his supportive enabler. Accessory. That’s women’s rights? What am I missing here?
Think, ladies, think! I know it is hard to do; it is hard to give up your illusions, but...well, would you have been alone in a room with Clinton ten years ago? (He looks fairly pathetic today – all that forced sex didn't do him much good, apparently.)
Joy, you've become the laughingstock of any woman under 40. And many women over 40. And Kathleen Willey, Paula "trailer trash” Jones (remember that?), and Juanita Broaddrick.
Bill Clinton is no friend of women. Ask the ones who have been on the wrong end of his...well, whatever. And neither is his wife.
