Terror: the real solution
While Europe cowered and whimpered under the lash of the mighty ISIS, it remained for Israel to show them how things should be handled.
On November 10, a Palestinian freedom fighter attempted to address International Zionism by the customary method of stab-and-run. His target reacted appropriately. The terrorist later died of his wounds.
Compare to Paris, where hundreds awaited their deaths in helpless terror, having long ago been disarmed by their benevolent and paternalistic governments.
It’s a fact that the majority of major terrorist attacks in progress in the U.S., from New York to Detroit to the sky above western Pennsylvania, were curtailed not by law enforcement or government agents, but by the citizenry. This is a major reason why the Jihadis prefer Europe.
And yet governments ignore these repeated lessons in favor of further hamstringing and disarming of their citizenry. Historians will someday marvel at how contemporary governments ignored their most valuable and potent resource in the War against Terror.
Francois Hollande has declared a state of war against ISIS. He needs to take a quick trip to Israel to learn what that entails. Obama, Merkel, and Cameron can share the flight with him.
