The latest batch of Clinton emails shows the obsequious nature of people trying to praise Mrs. Clinton, often to obsessive extremes:

An email passed along by longtime friend Betsy Ebeling in July 2010 conveys just how far her supporters would be willing to go for her.

"Just talked to yet ANOTHER....member of the Trans community telling me that she would 'crawl through broken glass' for HRC.

A guy dressed as a girl would crawl through broken glass for Hillary?  Why?  What has Hillary ever done for "transsexuals"?

[Chief of Staff Cheryl] Mills forwarded a Huffington Post article in July 2011 praising the secretary's look during a visit to the Norwegian embassy in D.C.

"The ladylike ensemble should be enough to silence Tim Gunn, who recently criticized the politico for her 'gender confused' fashion sense," the article said.

I begin to understand why Hillary is popular with the "trans" community.

Tina Brown (who I am guessing is not transsexual) tried to lick up to Hillary, too:

Your speech was truly riveting and I do think an inflection in point for women world wide.

What does Brown mean?  Does she even know what the word "inflection" means?  Does she really mean that women listening to Hillary started to imitate her and talk in a deeper voice, too?  Is this something about transsexuals again?

Longtime friend Sara Ehrman received a gushing email about the secretary's work in the interest of Israel from a lawyer named Daniel Seidemann in May 2011.

"EVERYTHING I have heard - and I have heard from people who really know that your friend HRC did not merely come down on the side of the angels but was, herself the quintessential avenging angel. What she has done is the greatest act of friendship to Israel imaginable[.]

Which is most likely: that Hillary is (a) an angel, (b) a friend of Israel, or (c) a nine-pound double-layer chocolate cake...in a pantsuit?

Family friend Lanny Davis lavished praise upon Clinton in an October 2010 email for a speech she gave.

"My heart truly was filled with gratitude and admiration for the courage you showed last night - courage because your words were tough love equally for both sides. Tough love for both sides. Isn't that what you have done all your political life - fact-based policies and positions, whether offending purists on either side -- or both?"

After reading this email, do you think this is the electronic version of giving Mrs. Clinton a tongue colonoscopy?

The president of the Irish American Democrats conveyed Ireland's appreciation for Clinton in an email to Mills.

"Just back from my first hugely successful International Fund for Ireland meeting in Ireland and want you to convey to Secretary Clinton that the Irish love her as much as ever. They talk about her constantly and asked me repeatedly me to tell them more about her activities and agenda.

Irish people talk about Hillary Clinton?  Really?  Do you think Mrs. Clinton believes that her life is like The Truman Show, where everyone in the world is thinking of her?  Can you imagine what years of sycophants praising Hillary like this has done to her psyche?  I'm glad, at this point, she seems more likely to be president of an ISP than the USA.
