Hillary has made women voters her strength. It seems almost every sentence she utters has the words "women and girls" in it. She harps on all manner of things that might affect a woman's genitalia, be it abortion, birth control, or the grand myth of rape epidemics on college campuses.

But it doesn't seem to be working any more.

Only 37% of white Democratic women said they would vote for her. That's a steep decline. That also may explain why Hillary is now behind in the polls in Iowa and New Hampshire to septuagenarian socialist Bernie Sanders.

But Hillary still has strength in South Carolina, where she still leads among one group: black voters. She has an 80% approval rate among Blacks.  She still leads in SC with 50% of the vote. Bernie, whose closest encounter with Blacks is probably having an accidental encounter with Corey Booker in the Senate cloakroom, has yet to make inroads there.

And yet Hillary's strongest supporters, women, have started to drop by the wayside. Even liberal, zombie Democratic women have not been swayed by Hillary's vagina monologues. Even they are turned off by her dishonesty and abuse of power. Even though Bernie is (as of this writing) a man, more and more are flocking to him because of his authoritarian, government-controlling message. And, to be frank, what liberal wouldn't be?

So can the same happen with Blacks? Bill Clinton was sometimes called the "first Black President", because of his outgoing, easy manner. He wasn't "stiff" like white people are stereotypically depicted by Black comedians.

Hillary, however, is as stiff as a used tongue depressor. Right now she's glomming off the popularity of her ex-husband. But I think that now that Bernie is talking about how racist America is,  and how evil white people (himself excluded, of course) are, that he can make inroads among liberal Black voters who like this sort of thing.

And if Hillary's black support collapses, she's done, no southern firewall. It really shows what a weak candidate she is to be trumped by such an elderly socialist who very closely resembles "Doc" from "Back to the Future" -- and I don't mean that in a complimentary way.
