Rick Santorum talks about meeting people who gave up homosexuality
According to the gay mafia, there is no choice where homosexuality is involved, despite the tremendous amount of proselytizing that goes into persuading people to choose it. So Rick Santorum crossed a red line when he told Rachel Maddow, who is MSNBC's leading expert on homosexuality:
“There are people who are alive today who identified themselves as gay and lesbian and who no longer are. That’s true. I do know, I’ve met people in that case. So I guess maybe in that case, maybe they did,” he said, adding that he does “know people who have lived the gay lifestyle and no longer live it.”
Uh-oh! He's not supposed to say that, is he? Because if what Santorum is saying is true, then homosexuality is a choice and isn't an inherent right.
In fact, the government is trying to limit the rights of citizens to choose, when it comes to choosing homosexuality. States like California and Chris Christie's New Jersey have banned it. That's right: if a gay person under 18 wants to become heterosexual, it is illegal for him to get therapy to attempt it in those states. How Orwellian is that? But the other kind of conversion therapy, turning heterosexual kids into homosexuals – found in children's school books, TV shows, and movies, promoting homosexuality, is perfectly okay.
In a brief search of the web, I found plenty of websites full of stories about people who were gay and unhappy and wanted to return to heterosexuality, and did so successfully. If it is a choice, why shouldn't we discourage that choice, given the risk of AIDS, hepatitis, and anal incontinence? We can teach children to have tolerance for people who are homosexual without promoting homosexuality as a preferred lifestyle. But that's not what schools are doing. They are teaching approval of that lifestyle, and showering our kids with books and videos showing homosexuals as role models.
And the gay mafia is squeezing our media so tightly that we can't even talk about it as a choice any more, even as our children are being simultaneously pressured to make this choice.
