Don't dissemble to Prof. Jacobson
Legal Insurrection does a bit of poking around and finds that the Virginia State Bar Association trip to Israel was canceled on no basis whatsoever, leaving even more question for the Association to answer. Judicial Watch has now filed a FOIA request for documents relating to the decision to cancel, and the VBA, a state agency, is required to comply.
