Charles Murray of the American Enterprise Institute is one of the most insightful social and political analysts of our era.  He has come up with a plan, illustrated by the infographic below, to win back our rights appropriated by the federal bureaucracy.  It involves using the very same tools the left has used so often to have its way with the Republic.

Ed Lasky also notes that it is the method used against the IRS by the Church of Scientology to force the IRS to grant it tax-exempt status as a religion, when the IRS insisted it did not qualify.
