Sheryl Attkisson endures liberal idiocy on Maher's show

saw Sharyl Attkisson at the Reagan Library and she was articulate, intelligent, and had thought-provoking comments.  So I was curious when I found out she was going to be on Real Time with Bill Maher. I have to admit this was the first time I ever watched the show and it will be my last time.  As someone who appears reasonable and logical I cannot conceive of how Sharyl could stand being there.

Here are a few samples of the liberal bias and ignorance:

Maher blamed the shooter for the police attack in Ferguson. I have never heard liberals say that about any other killings-it is always the fault of the police or better yet the gun!

They argued that it is understandable why Clinton had only one email account, feeding into the Clinton propaganda campaign. The point that Maher tried to make is that in a recent poll, it showed Clinton's numbers have not moved and she still has a considerable lead over her Republican counter-parts.  But there is a logical explanation for this, since most people already have a view of her one way or the other, and others are just unaware or do not care about the issue.

Of course, they then went on to discuss the Republican letter to Iran.  Maher called the Iranians a sophisticated people-Someone should remind him that the Nazis, the Germans, were also sophisticated.  I guess you can agree with him if you consider the sophisticated ways the Germans invented to kill and persecute twelve million people.  He also said that if you disagree with the President then you are a warmonger.  As Elliott Abrams, a foreign policy advisor to President George W. Bush, said recently to American Thinker, “If Iran is seeking to be peaceful why are they still developing ballistic missiles.”

To prove his point further, Maher used the example of North Korea. He neglected to consider that North Korea did indeed renege on their agreements. How easy it was for North Korea to reverse its commitments once its nuclear infrastructure was left standing.  North Korea has shown that the options are limited if a country obtains nuclear weapons.

Sharyl Attkisson tried to present some logical arguments, but was unfortunately out numbered and shot down by the illogical thinking process of the liberal commenters.  She should be commended for showing up and subjecting herself to that drivel, I know I could not.
