President Obama wants what he wants when he wants it. When a federal judge issued an injunction forbidding him to go ahead with his unconstitutional amnesty plans, a ticked off, defiant president showed up at Florida International University in Miami.  In an MSNBC/ Telemundo townhall hosted by Jose Diaz-Balart, the President warned ICE officials and border patrol agents there will be consequences for those who do not obey his orders.

Jose Diaz-Balart: How do you insure that ICE and border patrol agents won't be deporting people like this? What are the consequences

Obama: The bottom line is if somebody's working for ICE and there's a policy and they don't follow the policy there are going to be consequences to it. So I can't speak to a specific problem. 

What I can talk about is what's true in the government generally. In the U S military when you get an order, you're expected to follow it. It doesn't mean that everybody follows the order. If they don't, they've got a problem and the same is going to be true with respect to the policies that we're putting forward.

Following Alinsky’s rule that power is not only what you have, it’s the power Republicans in Congress think you have, POTUS essentially declared that congressional actions will have no effect on his efforts to stop the deportation of 5 million illegals.

In the short term if Mr. McConnell, the leader of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House, John Boehner, want to have [a] vote over whether what I’m doing is legal or not they can have that vote,” Obama said, adding that he would “veto that vote, because I’m absolutely confident that what we’re doing is the right thing to do.”

ICE and border patrol agents  are bound to uphold the Constitution and the laws of this nation. Didn't they take an oath? So now King Obama tells them to violate their oath or else.
