Only thing not leaking is party affiliation

Here's an attention grabbing headline:

Breast implant leak delays congressman's wife's bigamy trial

He says their 1990 marriage is invalid because she was still married to husband #1.  She says he has allowed the home she and their children -- five in number -- live in to become mold-ridden due to broken windows, a poor septic system and a leaky roof. She also got a restraining order after a shoving match ensued last March. And she has signed up for and has gotten food stamps.  To make it even more picaresque, her first name is Lolita.

His name is Alan Grayson, said to be one of the richest members of Congress. Some would say a rash of leaks is nothing new for Grayson.  He's the prototype of the liberal Democrat whose common sense has leaked out of his self-proclaimed open mind a long time ago.

Nor is sewage new to him, either.  Grayson is considered among the most obnoxious liberals in Congress, the type to spew forth all kinds of unsubstantiated allegations. During the debates on Obamacare, Grayson accused Republicans of having no plan other than that of wanting Americans to “die quickly". In 2013 Grayson sent out a fundraising mailing that associated the Tea Party movement with the Klu Klux Klan.    In 2009 he called a female aide to Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke, a “K Street whore” in a radio interview.  This led to that paragon of propriety, fellow Democrat Congressman Anthony Weiner, to comment to Politico

“Is this news to you that this guy’s one fry short of a Happy Meal?”

One of the few things that has been kept constrained in this fetid tale of domestic bliss run amok has been the congressman's party affiliation.  In the AP story af the latest twist to exude from this long divorce, Grayson's party affiliation is mentioned once in paragraph number 8.

If this Congressman were Republican it is good bet that not only would party affiliation be in the headline, but the story would be used nationwide as an example of the so-called  "War on Women."
