You heard it here first....
If Hillary does not run, the Dem candidate will not be Elizabeth Warren, but Bill deBlasio. Warren does nothing to excite minorities. DeBlasio does. They both have appeal to white lefties, so advantage deBlasio. Plus he would clearly be Obama’s choice, since the power behind his throne is Al Sharpton.
DeBlasio was the only mayor invited to meet with Obama after the Ferguson grand jury announcement, along with various leaders of street demonstrations. His family represents the rainbow coalition Obama believes in and thinks will dominate American politics: blacks, gays, college educated, urban dwellers.
