It’s amusing that atheists despise the religions sprinkled throughout a democratic society but embrace a theocratic government that is modeled on the verticality of dictatorial communism.  Their leader is their God.  Their big-government structure is their liturgy.  Their dogmatic laws are their sacraments.

Communism is more structured than the Catholic Church.  How many bureaucrats can dance on the head of a pin?

The give and take of a free-enterprise society are anathema to communists.  The creativity involved in spending choices are mistakenly misinterpreted as the privilege of the rich.  In a capitalist society, I have a choice of which jobs to strive for.  In a communist totalitarian society, I am given the job the government deems appropriate for me. 

The Government is God.  I am its slave.  Yet, contradiction of contradictions, as a Democrat, I would be an atheist like the rest of my party.  I wouldn’t see that I am covertly religious in my denunciation of religion and freedom.

In communism, the community owns all the property.  We are made not in the image of God, but in the image of bureaucracy.  We ourselves are owned.  We are the property of the government.  

State planning is like religious structure, and the government is a one-party structure that steals individual rights and substitutes them for big theocratic government.  We pray to men in cheap suits.  We are told that we are getting freedom and fairness when we have limited opportunities and are working for the rich bureaucrats who head up the communist party.

Mayor Bill de Blasio calls New York the Tale of Two Cities – the rich and the poor.  The real tale is of the governmental employees and the poor.  De Blasio is not smart enough to succeed in an open society, so he makes seductive speeches to the poor and rises up in the least talented field – politics.  He is a typical liberal.  A communist in training.  He lives like a king.  Power is more seductive than money.

Freedom is truncated under communism.  God or government lays out our plans for us.  We become humorless pawns in a game where the government holds the queens, kings, rooks, and bishops.

Yet all the suckers believe that they will do better under totalitarian communism.  Its history has been bread lines, low standards of living, prison, and executions.  Yet morons chase the holes in its cheesy promises like mice into traps.  They start off promoting equality and utopianism and end up being punished by Stalin or Chairman Mao.   

And the socialists and liberals don’t even see that they are spin-offs of the horrors of communism.  The de Blasios and Obamas of the world should be sent off to the Gulag Archipelago.  They should time-travel to the communist graveyards of China, Russia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Cuba…

Oh, that’s right: de Blasio did.  He honeymooned in Cuba, vacationed in Nicaragua and Russia during the Cold War.  Obama attended communist lectures at Cooper Union and uses communist phrases like change, fair share, forward, and income inequality.

The horrors of fascism during WWII have turned many cowards toward left-wing communism.  But communism turns full circle toward fascism.  Just read Jonah Goldberg’s book, Liberal Fascism.

Only naïve, stupid men would yearn for a system that has been such a failure.  Communists never have to think.  Their choices are laid out for them.  They are attached to their stupidity.

And yet they hang onto their communist ideologies like Jesus Christ.  They are religious atheists.  Their god is Karl Marx. They are defined by their stupidity.  They stick to a political religion that has failed consistently.
