IS reported to have beheaded second journalist
America journalist Steven Sotloff has been beheaded by ISIS, if a new video, entitled “A second warning to America” released by the group is to be believed. According to the UK Telegraph, “The video reportedly warns governments to back off from ‘this evil alliance of America against the Islamic State’".,
Sotloff appeared in the previous beheading video, being paraded before the camera and warned that his fate would be the same unless Barack Obama ended air strikes against the group.
Sotloff was 31 years old. His mother took to YouTube a week ago to plead for his life, to no avail.
