Obama Headlines at the Paramount, Not at the Border
On Wednesday, President Obama addressed criticism over his decision not to visit the border on his trip to Texas this week.
Obama defended his decision by saying he was more interested in a real solution to the problem than a simple “photo op.”
This isn’t theater. This is a problem. I’m not interested in photo ops, I’m interested in solving a problem.
Border detention centers filled with illegal immigrants may not be theater, but Obama has that covered.
Noon on Thursday he will be staging a photo-op speech at a real theater in Austin.
The Paramount canceled all films originally scheduled for Wednesday and part of Thursday for the Obama show.

Hundreds of Obama’s fans lined up to get free tickets.
