Give the public what it wants and they’ll turn out, goes the old Hollywood adage. It’s equally true for books.  Amidst reports that the publisher of Hillary Clinton’s new book Hard Choices is likely to lose a lot of money on the project comes the breakaway sales record of Ed Klein’s new book on the Clintons’ alleged feud with the Obamas, Blood Feud.

Jennifer Harper reports in the Washington Times:

Mrs Clinton’s book, “Hard Choices,” meanwhile, has been eclipsed by Ed Klein’s “Blood Feud” - which chronicles the Clinton-Obama family rivalry - on the Amazon best-seller list. Among all books, Mr. Klein’s is ranked No. 3; Mrs. Clinton’s is No. 34.

But to be fair, Mrs. Clinton did reach the top spot in the “women’s studies” and “gender” categories on Amazon.

This would make it appear that Hillary is the candidate of the narrow feminist left wing. Unless of course, Elizabeth Warren decides to run.
