An out for the Democrats?
A lot of people have speculated about Obama's mental stability over the year's on and off the record. I am also certain many in the administration and in Congress have had the same surreal experience Francis Cardinal George had in 2009 when he tired to talk to Obama on abortion and Obama repeatedly told him they had no difference of opinion.
We also know impeachment is not a viable option because it would have to have some bipartisan support the Democrats can't risk alienating black voters by accusing the first black president of malfeasance. If the Democrats get desperate over their future prospects, might they consider invoking Article 4 of the 25th Amendment? After all, it would be an act of compassion to remove an ailing President from office.
