A solution for the NBA and Clippers
It’s all so simple, makes sense, and is such a win-win it should have been obvious. Why didn’t anyone think of this before? Richard Baehr proposes a solution to what ails the NBA and America, too:
I think we should start a new petition drive to have Obama resign and take over as acting owner of the Los Angeles Clippers. That would improve the functioning of both positions.
It seems pretty clear to me that Barack Obama would enjoy being an NBA team owner more than being president. And he has donors lining up for his presidential library, so there should be no problem raising the cash.
