Obama and the passel of Democrats who passed the Affordable Care Act told a pack of lies when they peddled it to the American people. They have tried to disguise the damage via delays, non-enforcement of various provisions, waivers and the like.

But sometimes they can only hide so much and reality intrudes. It just happened. Barack Obama was finally forced to admit that people may lose their doctors under ObamaCare.

Daniel Halper reports at The Weekly Standard:

President Obama is warning Americans that they might have to change doctors because of Obamacare:

"For the average person, many folks who don't have health insurance initially, they're going to have to make some choices. And they might end up having to switch doctors, in part because they're saving money," said Obama in an interview with the medical website WebMD.

Halper notes Obama’s past promise-repeated numerous times and one that should but won’t be on a plaque at his presidential library:

This is different than what Obama said when he was selling Obamacare. "If you like the plan you have, you can keep it.  If you like the doctor you have, you can keep your doctor, too.  The only change you’ll see are falling costs as our reforms take hold," said Obama in his weekly address on June 6, 2009.

What world does Obama live in? He promised premiums would decrease as well -- and in many cases be less than a cell phone bill. HHS Secretary Sebelius was also forced to admit premiums are heading up, up and away.

This admission reminds me of previous revelations that periodically cloud the luxurious fantasy world where Obama dwells . Among them have been the time he joked that it turns out there is “no such things as shovel-ready projects” and that buying health insurance is “complicated”

For a man who went to a swank private high school in Hawaii, then Occidental, Columbia and Harvard Law School Obama is the most clueless president to occupy the Oval Office. How much will his on-the job education end up costing Americans? Trillions of dollars.

Think about how much money has been and will continue to be spent just to get this thing going. From the screwed up websites across the country to the ridiculous advertisements to get people to sign up, not to mention the negative impact on the economy as a whole. All the while our military is being gutted to the point that it will almost be guaranteed that American lives will be lost because of it. So Obama will have cost the country blood and treasure due to his incompetence.
