The current California Assembly and Senate are the most moronic collection of corrupt  political whores since the Assemblée Législative help inaugurate the Reign of Terror during the French Revolution. These rue putes are gleefully planning to strip taxpayers of the ability to defend themselves from both street thugs and the Progressive thugs that want to strangle Californian's freedom through regulatory tyranny.

Let's look at the absurd and un-Constitutional gun control bills these morons want to impose on their subjects this year.

S.B. 396 will criminalize the possession of standard magazines for handguns and rifles.

All magazines with a capacity of more than ten rounds -that's a lot of Glock mags- would be completely banned with no "grandfather" provision; turn 'em in or you're a felon. Plus les clowns de Sacramento will not give magazine owners any monetary compensation for the taking of  private property. Or more accurately, your 5^th Amendment rights are null and void in California....

So what are you supposed to do with your soon-to-be illegal mags? S.B. 369  specifically orders mag owners to do the following,  or become a felon in California.

(b) Any person who, prior to July 1, 2014, legally possesses a large-capacity magazine shall dispose of that magazine by any of the following means:

(1) Remove the large-capacity magazine from the state.

(2) Prior to July 1, 2014, sell the large-capacity magazine to a licensed firearms dealer.

(3) Destroy the large-capacity magazine.

(4) Surrender the large-capacity magazine to a law enforcement agency for destruction.

One last point.  Those with an IQ near the temperature of bath water, like les clowns de Sacramento, know full well that all California law enforcement agencies will simply steal any mag given to them for their own private use.

A.B. 711 bans the use of lead ammunition in hunting. Fat chance any hunters can even find non-leaded ammo, even online or by mail order. And even if they did find some for sale in another state.....

S..B. 53  bans ALL online and mail order sales of ammo into California. Any Californian will need to buy a purchase permit and must be thumb-printed for each and every ammo purchase.

And there is more insanity from Les Bozo's Démocratique.

S.B. 108 orders that all firearms be locked up all the time. So when you hear an  intruder break into your home, you will have to unlock your gun safe faster than the intruder can figure out where you are... or your just frackin' dead.

Les clowns de Sacramento obviously care about the safety and well being of the intruder more than then they do about safety of your wife and kids. What a swell bunch of  blood sucking leeches! I'm going to guess not a single rue pute will show up for the funeral of a law abiding citizen who stupidly followed this moronic law, rather then following the common sense that God gave them.

Gun control is the basis of  governmental tyranny. Any politician that supports these bills hates the Constitution, has no regard for you and your family. Period.

Let's list some famous folks who pushed for hard for gun control, gun registration, and gun confiscation;  Hitler, Stalin, Lenin, Pol Pot, Mao, Jerry Brown, Senator Leland Yee, Senate Pro Tem Darrell Steinberg, Senator Kevin de Leon, all good socialists, eh comrade?
