If you did not succeed, somebody else made THAT happen
Now, as we are poised at the event horizon of the DNConvention, where the Anointed (as Thomas Sowell would likely characterize them), will be sucked-in to worship their benighted belief system and its High Priests/Messiah, it might pay to consider the following as added 11-06-12 motivation:
When BHO said, "If you (sic) got a business, you didn't build that. Somebody else made that happen," it was neither unexpected nor new.
All he did was articulate the reverse of what he had been verbigerating all along.
The obverse: If you did not succeed, somebody else made THAT happen.
Things are not better because of Bush. Things are not better because the problems he "inherited" were worse than he thought. Things are not better because others do not pay/do their "fair share."
It is never MY bad for miscalculating the magnitude of the problems. It is never MY bad for squandering the run of the federal house I inherited when I took office. It is never YOUR bad for overextending your financial obligations. It is never YOUR bad for not encouraging your kids more to study. Etc.
If it is true that BHO's got game, then it is of the blame variety.
And that is a game with a powerful message that anyone can play. The cost of entry is within the reach of all. And there are many players. A percentage of whom are champing at the bit to hold the rest of us "to account."
The only chance there is to prevail is to do all possible to mobilize the opposing forces on November 06.
