1001 Lies to Propagandize Children

Muslims invented flight 1000 years before the Wright brothers. They invented the camera They invented "0". They invented, well, just about everything. Take medicine, for example: first hospital, first medical treatise, first doctors. It says so right here in the National Geographic Washington D.C. display of the production put together by an Islamic group called Brand Partners and sponsored by Abdul Latif Jameel. The production has had great success wherever it has been shown from California to London.

Trouble is, it's fake. As Pamela Geller writes, quoting Robert Spencer:

The first Arabic-language medical treatise was written by a Christian priest and translated into Arabic by a Jewish doctor in 683. The first hospital was founded in Baghdad during the Abbasid caliphate 聴 not by a Muslim, but a Nestorian Christian. A pioneering medical school was founded at Gundeshapur in Persia 聴 by Assyrian Christians.

The bottom line according to Geller is that "the inventions and discoveries attributed to the Muslim world were actually stolen from conquered peoples. The 1001 Muslim Inventions exhibit is not history, it is propaganda, and the foolish infidels keep lining up enthusiastically for more." In fact, the entire "Golden Age of Islam" is a sham perpetrated by Islam's useful fools.
