This is hysterically funny. It's a scene from the excellent German language film "Downfall" and the creators of this video substitute their own subtitles.

Rich Baehr, who brings the video to our attention, says:

One sequence in the film, where Hitler loses his "cool" after receiving some bad news on the Russian front, has been adapted by many people to produce a different time and place subtitled message.
