The upcoming mayoral race in Monroe, Louisiana has provided a chilling preview of just what Republicans, conservatives, and TEA Party members can expect from President Obama's reelection effort.

Incumbent Monroe Mayor Jamie Mayo is facing Republican Ray Armstrong this fall. Serving as Monroe Mayor since 2001, Mayo, a Democrat, is vying for his third full term amid speculation of corruption and cronyism. Sensing the waning enthusiasm among the black community this year, the Mayo campaign is pulling out all the stops and embracing racial politics full force. In an effort to bolster support among black constituents and ensure their participation at the polls, Mayo's campaign distributed the following flyers throughout selected Monroe suburbs.

If Mitt Romney thought the fight to secure the Republican nomination was tough, he's going to be in for a rude awakening when the Obama campaign smear machine gets geared up. This is just a small sample of what awaits Republicans this fall as a desperate Obama resorts to political smears and innuendos to avoid his dismal record and convince voters to keep him in office. Team Obama is desperate to preserve and expand the progressive liberal socialist agenda they began enacting in his first term and will stop at nothing in pursuit of a second term. To those who thought such shameful political behavior was unthinkable, then think again. These flyers are proof of how low Democrats will stoop to retain their hold on political power.

These despicable campaign posters appeared in the neighborhoods of Monroe over a local mayoral race. Imagine what the Obama campaign team has in store for us when they get their media mandarins, attack ads, and blog smear machines up to speed. We are in store for a nasty political fight that may devolve into a race war before it's over. All of this coming from the man supporters claimed would heal the rift between the races.
