Spring forward, fall back: Daylight Savings Time is in effect

Just in case you're unaware of forgot about it, it's now daylight savings time in most of the country and you have to set your clocks back an hour.

Otherwise, you'll turn on the football game an hour early, or start your chores 60 minutes before you have to. It usually takes me about a week to get acclimated to the new time. My body clock can't be turned back like the wall clock in my kitchen.

An excellent history of Daylight Savings Time can be found on the National Geographic website here.
