It's thinly sourced but this certainly would explain Obama's impersonation of a turtle in the photo from the White House situation room.  When I saw that picture of the President all hunched over in the corner my first thought was that he wanted to be anyplace but with that group of people.  My second was who on earth authorized the release of a photo that made Obama look so small during what was supposed to be a moment of triumph?
