Election prediction contest
Our friends at the Heartland Institute, a free market think tank, are sponsoring an election night prediction contest on the new blog, Somewhat Reasonable.
Just go the comments section for this blog post and predict the makeup of the House and Senate. The winner gets a copy of P.J. O'Rourke's new book, "Don't Vote, It Only Encourages the Bastards."
