Obama finally accepts international assistance for Gulf spill

AP tells us  "US accepts international assistance for Gulf spill


More than two months to get to "Yes." 


But, we shouldn't get too excited. The Administration is just beginning to "work out the particulars." Who know when actual work will get started.


Haste makes waste, after all.
