Nyet to 'Net Neutrality'

AP reports that the prestigious U.S. Court of Appeals  for the District of Columbia has ruled for Comcast and against the FCC's effort to impose "net neutrality" on  broadband providers. The FCC was attempting to compel providers to treat equally all internet traffic on their networks and this was the first step the FCC needed to win in order to expand its regulation of broadband.
