Spending:  22.1%, 27.3%, 30.4%, 34.4%.

Deficits:  7.4%, 17.2%, 28.0%, 42.8%.


Same projections under the Republican plan.

Spending:  19.0%, 19.3%, 16.1%, 13.8%..

Deficits:  3.7%, 4.5%, 0.5%, surplus of 5%.
