Another Obama blunder unraveling
Riffing off a Newsweek report by Howard Isikoff, Jennifer Rubin writing in Contentions, notes that Attorney General Holder and Obama may suffer the humiliation of having to reverse their cockamamie decision to try Khalid Sheikh Mohammed in a civilian court and instead try him in a military court as Bush had been prepared to do.
