Tim McGirk who concocted the Haditha massacre is back
Seems like just yesterday Tim McGirk was making up lies about the "Haditha massacre" .
Well, he's baaaaack! Now as Time's Bureau Chief in Jerusalem he suggests that Major Hasan might have been afflicted with "secondary trauma." He does hedge his bets though:
"It's entirely possible that other factors may have acted as a trigger for Hasan's alleged killing spree. The army major was a devout Muslim who reportedly had been harassed because of his religion and had developed strong objections to the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan"
Let me say, having read numerous accounts of Hasan's behavior before the massacre at Fort Hood, I think it more than possible that secondary trauma is a nonsensical excuse latched onto by those who cannot bear to face the truth.
I think McGirk is afflicted with something himself.
