Jobs 'created or saved' by Obama?
The number of jobs created or saved by the Obama administration? -1,847,058.
That's negative 1,847,058. And it's a conservative estimate.
Christina Romer, the chair of Obama's Council of Economic Advisors, warned last January that unemployment would climb to 9% if the 'stimulus' bill that Obama hurriedly rammed through Congress wasn't passed.
9.0% unemployment. If Obama didn't get his pork-filled package passed.
Friday's announcement that the unemployment rate officially climbed to 10.2% revealed that 15.7 million folks are officially unemployed. That means an extra 1,847,058 of our friends and neighbors and fellow citizens are out of work who would have had jobs if Obama hadn't got Dems their pork.
That's according to Obama's own chief number-cruncher's prediction.
And the number of jobs that Obama has cost the country could be almost twice that number, if you include the number of folks who have given up looking for work, or accepted part-time jobs. The Labor Department says if they were thrown into the mix the unemployment rate would soar to 17.5%.
