Who wasn't invited to White House Beer Fest?

Sherlock Holmes once solved a mystery by noticing that the guard dog did not bark.  And by noticing who was not invited to White House Beer Fest for Teachable Moments 2009 makes for an unexpected teachable moment.

The person who initiated the whole sequence of events by calling 911, a white woman of European (Portguese: does that make her a Latina?) descent, Lucia Whalen, was ignored by the White House but not, alas, by some crazed individuals.  Whalen, who was labeled a racist by some, even though, initially, she did not identify the alleged perps by race until (logically) asked for a more detailed description by the 911 operator.  She truthfully answered she wasn't sure; guessed one was maybe Hispanic.

As her white female attorney Wendy Murphy (also of European, Irish descent) noted,

the three men-Gates, Crowley and Obama-all overreacted, while Whalen kept her cool.

"The three highly trained guys who reacted badly are getting together for a beer," Murphy said. "The one person whose actions have been exemplary will be at work tomorrow in Cambridge. I don't know-maybe it's a guy thing. She doesn't like beer anyway."

So-o-o-o, by not inviting Ms. Whalen, does this mean President Barack Obama (D) is anti male?  Whalen and her attorney seem to think so.To head this off maybe Obama will now invite the ladies to. . .tea?  Teachable moment issue:  inclusiveness includes both genders.
