Please explain this to me
As I understand it, the proponents of Obamacare claim the capability to cover everyone with no rise in cost and no cut in service (rationing). If this is possible, why stop at Healthcare? I know we've already had a takeover of the auto industry, and banking, but there is still tech, agriculture, aviation, manufacturing, etc. (I would love to see Silicon Valley welcome their new leadership from Washington.)
Under these new programs, Federal Czars could hire, fire, set wages, set prices, set production levels, set.... hey, wait a minute. This is sounding awful familiar, isn't it? Sounds awful lot like a system that collapsed (for the most part) in the early 1990's. Explain to me again how this is not socialism?
