Fresh from proclaiming Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor "the most experienced nominee to the Supreme Court in 100 years," Senator Al Franken (D-MN), a member of the Judiciary Committee, once again displayed his vast understanding of the issues involved for selecting a Supreme Court justice by referring to . . . Perry Mason!

I am asking you questions because you have been nominated to be a justice of the United States Supreme Court. I think that's pretty cool."
