'Daley baby sitters'
John Kass has another great article on the woes facing the Daley Machine. Note his wonderful turn of phrase, "Daley baby sitters." Kind of makes you want to figure out who Obama's "Daley baby sitters" are.

In Daleyese "water plant worker", especially from the Sixites, means "Daley Precinct Captain".
It is no coincidence that so many figures in the Hired Truck Scandal are Water Department employees.
