Obama's internal contradictions

How can you reconcile Obama's Panic Attack over the stimulus bill with the glowing economic assumptions in his budget bill? I believe Marxists call this sort of thing an "internal contradiction." Rich Lowry points out the conundrum in today's NY Post.

This president doesn't care what he says and how his statements match up with previous statements on the same general topic because he knows most in the media will give him a pass.
