Gullible's travels
In the wake of his oafish handling of a gift for UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown, and his Secretary of State's cringe-inducing gaffe in Moscow, President Obama plans more reckless diplomatic maneuvers.
1. "Reconciliation" with the "moderate elements" of the Taliban
Will someone tell Obama that moderate Taliban doesn't exist?
2. Bringing Cuba "in from the cold."
So BO trashes American relations with the UK and now wants to "repair tattered relations" with the Castro dictatorship and Latin America? Maybe he should tell Nancy Pelosi to stop blocking free trade with Columbia?
3. Obama Trip to Include Turkey Visit Washington Post, by Scott Wilson
President Obama will visit Turkey at the end of his European trip next month, a decision that reflects the moderate Muslim nation's central place in his emerging diplomatic approach to the Islamic world. Obama's stop in Turkey (Snip) partly fulfills Obama's pledge to engage the Muslim world in a substantive way within his first 100 days in office. But the president is not expected to use the Turkey visit to deliver his anticipated address on Islam...
I wonder what Obama will be taking to give as a gift to the Castro Brothers?
