Question for Geithner
Question:
If, as Treasury Tax Cheat in Chief Timothy Geithner said yesterday, the U.S. government is committed to spending $50 Billion just to stem home foreclosures, but that the details remain to be worked out in the next few weeks; Why is his boss, President Obama, and the Democrat-controlled Congress trying to force through an $800 Billion spending "plan" in far less time -- with no hearings, no significant (much less actual) Republican input, with as little public disclosure as Democrats can manage, and when there still remains an appropriations bill to be created? Just asking.
