Obama's fans
There will be almost twice as many private jets in Washington DC for this inauguration as there were in 2004 according to this article. In fact, there may be more celebrities in the District this week than there are citizens willing and able to shell out a few hundred to play the role of adoring fans. The Washington Post reports that several unofficial balls have been canceled due to lack of ticket sales.
