Madoff: 'The Producers' redux?

The newspaper here at our vacation place  is the Sarasota Herald-Tribune a total rag owned by the NYT to find a place for family members who prefer living in Sarasota. I can't bear to read it but my husband who must read every word of whatever local paper is around does and he came up with this winner from a column by Houston Chronicle columnist Loren Steffy:
"The auditor for Madoff's firm, which purported to have more than $1 billion in assets was Friehling & Horowitz, which operated out of a 230-square-foot storefront office in New City , N.Y. , Bloomberg news reported. It has a staff of three:one active accountant, a secretary and a partner in his late 70s who lives in Florida ."
