Email the EPA to Avoid CO2 Regulation

In the comments to Gregory Young's article "Bring It On" in the American Thinker

Fearless Bear makes a critical point. The EPA public comment phase for carbon control ends next Friday 11/28/08. Here is what he said

"As an attorney with extensive environmental law knowledge and experience (but without a client paying me to say this) I have followed the man-made climate issue closely and even corresponded with some of the people mentioned in this excellent article. This article is one of the best synopses of the current case against the need for carbon control anywhere. I urge every serious reader of this article to copy it and forward it with a personal note to the United States EPA, as a plain and fully supported expression of why that Agency should not be regarding carbon dioxide as a "pollutant" that harms the environment. It should not be regulated under the Clean Air Act, which was set up to address real poisons to man and nature. There is no need for air quality standards for CO2, since it poses no health threat to man or animal life, and a some more of it will help plants to grow faster.

THE OBAMA EPA WILL WANT TO CONTROL CARBON and THEREBY CONTROL INDUSTRY AND YOUR VERY LIFESTYLE> IF ENOUGH PEOPLE SHOW THAT THE PUBLIC WILL NOT STAND FOR FICTION MASQUERADING AS SCIENCE, THEY WILL HAVE DIFFICULTY DOING SO. PRIOR TO NOVEMBER 28, 2008 PLEASE FORWARD THIS ARTICLE WITH YOUR COMMENTS TO USEPA. This has to happen before 11/28!! "
