More Rangel Scandals

First we learned he was occupying five rent controlled apartments in New York City; then we learned he wasn't paying tax on income from a vacation home he owned abroad although as Chair of the House Ways and Means Committee, he surely knew that was against the tax law. Now we learn he's ignored the reporting requirements of the House ethics rules and hasn't disclosed  lobbyist-paid junkets (h/t:Instapundit.com).
 
Seems like just yesterday Nancy Pelosi pledged "to make this the most honest, ethical, and open Congress in history."
