Interview with Andrew Klavan
The National Review website has posted an extraordinarily profound interview with the novelist and writer Andrew Klavan where he discusses America's cultural war. The interview has five segments. If you do not watch anything this year, watch this. You will not regret it.
As an illustration of what Klavan is talking about, see this segment of Bill Maher's show where liberals come completely unhinged while discussing Sarah Palin. Theirs is surely a mode of insanity - in the sense of being detached from the reality of things. We are dealing with madmen and madwomen here. The incoherence and hatred are truly breathtaking. Remember, these people are considered sophisticated mainstream liberals, not some far-fringe lunatics.
